John: The expressions you will be learning in this lesson are:

John: Lena, what's our first expression?
Lena: gyúr
John: literally meaning "to knead." But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "to work out."

John: It doesn’t have a literal meaning. But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "to work out."

John: literally meaning "muscle-brain." But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "strong man who works out regularly."

John: Use this slang expression when you want to refer to a man who has well-built muscles. Be careful when using this word, it has a negative connotation meaning that someone is well-built, but not very clever.

John: "Look at that muscleman."

John: literally meaning "kneaded." But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "has well-built muscles."
